Lacking the words this month - with that, here are some interesting links I found. I especially liked the visuals in the NYT National Parks piece.

Op-Ed-ish Style
Are National Parks Crowded? - Still kinda crazy how crowded some spots in NYC/the east coast in general are. While I’m glad people are enjoying the outdoors more, this shows how much of this sort of infrastructure we lack. Also shows how we don’t now how to take care of/preserve them :^).
Philo Pill-o
Go Where Workers Are And Organize - A product person (with a ton of experience) working on a driver owned alternative to Uber/Lyft writes a blog titled ‘the venture commune’ … that’s pretty rad if you ask me.
Religion as social fabric - I am largely a believer that people adopt a form of guiding principles (read: religion)… not a hot take – I have written about how this applies to tech companies and the cultures they create before. Think this piece goes deeper into that - if you’re thinking about working in a trendy industry it’s worthy of a read.
Warm Fuzzy Tummy :)
Soft Tech - this was like a deep breath
Rumsfeld - I had a schoolmate who was related to this Rumsfeld :^)
P.S.: If any of you need a paywall bypasser to read these articles, lmk! I was the cool intern at the WeWork last week after I shared a fun extension 😎.
Proud of you!
